Navigating through COVID-19
We want to personally reach out to you and provide an update on the actions that Scales Studios is taking to help prevent the spread of the virus and support the health and well-being of our customers and employees.
While we are not giving hugs (for now), we are excited to welcome you back into the salon.
Effective immediately we have implemented the following policies to conduct services.
POLICY
Walk-ins are not allowed. Client visitors & guests are not allowed. (We can only service one client at a time)
Every employee and client will be screened as they enter the building.
Please call upon arrival. If there is a wait time between your arrival and your service, you will be asked to wait in your car. We will call when salon is fully disinfected for your appointment.
You will be required to sanitize your hands at our sanitizing station each time you enter the salon.
Your temperature will be checked upon arrival (over 99 degrees no entry allowed) Your appointment will have to be cancelled and rescheduled for a later date.
You will be asked several COVID-19 related questions.
NO ENTRY granted if you do not have a mask covering your mouth and nose area.
For our employees and salon operation, the following measures will take place:
Stylist will have their temperature checked upon reporting to work.
Stylist will wear PPE while conducting your service.
Stylist will sanitize and wash their hands between clients.
All seating, tables, dryers, hair-washing and styling stations, and capes will be sanitized between clients’ use and at the end of each day.
To the extent possible, disposable items will be used.
The credit card machine will be wiped and sanitized after each use.
